First, you and I talk about what problems you'd like to address. These can include concerns about body, mind, Spirit, relationships, or life goals.
I will then take about 30-60 minutes on my own to do a shamanic journey to Spirit on your behalf. This is the most powerful part of the healing because I get information directly from your guides. They show me a bit about what's happening with the situation, i.e. what's making it worse or what aspects of it I need to convey to you for your learning about it. They often give practical information and steps you should take to help you with your situation. If we're doing a distance healing, I will then do a thorough scan of your energy feeling and have the Guides help clear and clean it. I often am shown a power animal that wants to be in your energy field for your benefit. In that case, I'll send that power animal to you. Power animals allow you to tap into the essence and teachings of an animal as it applies to you and you alone. Once you are aware of a power animal, you can draw on it's wisdom throughout your life. Only your own guidance can tell you the meaning - it's unique to each person although some aspects of that animal's essence from indigenous wisdom may apply to you as well.
So then we meet again, or talk on the phone in the case of a distance healing, and go over what I got from the journey. If you are able to travel to where I am, we'll meet in person and do the healing session at that point. That involves you reclining or lying down. Comfy clothing is recommended. I will call in the directions and open your energy field. What I do next depends on what your Guides have led me to do. I may scan your energy field for blocks and do extraction work.
